Activation of Conference Internet Accounts for participants and login

After receiving your Event ID from your congress organiser, submit it using the field below (light blue section). This creates your user-name and password.

After a successful submission your account is being activated for the duration of the conference. Please write down your user-name and password, or store them locally on your computer. You can access the Internet at our workplaces with access to the LAN or in areas with access to the WLAN public of our university.

Log-in to the Internet

1. Start your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Firefox etc.).
2. Open any remote web page, eg. www.google.com.
3. You will be redirected to the University GATE site.
4. Log-in to the Internet using your user-name and password.
5. Accept the certificate permanently and ignore the following warning.
6. You now have Internet access. Repeat the above steps if you lose your connection.
