Dear ScienceCloud users,
we are experiencing an issue on our cloud controller nodes since today 22.11.2017 at 7:40.
At the moment starting new instances or resizing existing ones may fail due to a messaging broker service issue (rabbitmq).
The instance will end up in "error" state or remain stuck in "spawning" Currently running instances should not be affected.
We have addressed the main problem but we are still working to return the system to full functionality. We will keep you updated as the process progress.
