Learning and Development

The University of Zurich offers its employees access to a wide range of high-quality internal continuing education courses. In addition, the Language Center run jointly with ETH Zurich offers a large number of language courses. UZH employees may also attend training and continuing education courses provided for employees of the Canton of Zurich.

The University of Zurich accompanies, empowers and supports employees and leaders and managers (including professors) in development and leadership issues, e.g. through coaching, team development and continuing education/training. Change processes in organizational units are facilitated through change management support.
